A little bit about process serving...
The United States legal procedure requires that each party in a
case should be notified if actions are taken against them in a court
of law. Process Serving is an important aspect of the Due Process
of Law. Without due process your case cannot move forward costing
you time and money.
A process server serves these documents to the individual listed
on the legal document (s) being served. Once the documents have
been served an Affidavit of Service (or proof of service), is signed
by the server, notarized, attached to the original document served
and returned to either the Court or the party who requested the
service.
